Salary: $65,000 - 102,000 per year Requirements:
- Extensive experience in cybersecurity or technology consulting, solution leadership, client advisory, or business development
- A track record of shaping and closing complex cybersecurity or technology services opportunities
- Experience in advisory, engineering, architecture, transformation, or delivery that supports strong cybersecurity practitioner credibility
- Experience engaging senior client stakeholders and navigating complex institutional accounts
- Ability to turn client challenges into differentiated solutions and commercially viable programs
- Experience leading cross-functional pursuit teams spanning account, sales, solution, alliance, commercial, and delivery functions
- Experience managing a substantial opportunity pipeline and working toward measurable commercial objectives
- Understanding of the opportunity lifecycle, from origination and qualification through contracting, mobilization, and expansion
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, platforms, and industry practices
- Strong executive communication skills, including writing, speaking, and presenting in briefings, workshops, and proposal discussions
- Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline
- Preferred: Experience in sectors such as financial services, insurance, healthcare, life sciences, consumer, energy, telecommunications, or critical infrastructure
- Preferred: Experience with AI security, generative AI adoption, AI-enabled cybersecurity, or AI-native engineering
- Preferred: Experience developing joint propositions or co-selling with strategic technology partners
- Preferred: Existing relationships with cybersecurity, technology, engineering, or business executives
- Preferred: CISSP, CISM, CISA, cloud security certifications, or comparable technical and industry credentials
Responsibilities: - Develop and execute cybersecurity and AI security growth plans for assigned institutional accounts
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including security, technology, business, engineering, and risk leaders
- Generate cybersecurity and AI security opportunities through client relationships, account collaboration, partner initiatives, market insights, and delivery-led expansion
- Lead complex pursuits from qualification through solution shaping, proposal development, commercial negotiation, and contract signature
- Coordinate contributions from account teams, sales, alliances, cybersecurity specialists, solution architects, delivery leaders, finance, legal, and commercial teams
- Apply cybersecurity practitioner experience to shape credible, differentiated, and deliverable solutions across areas such as AI security, cloud security, data and identity security, and security operations
- Explain complex cybersecurity concepts in terms of clear business outcomes for executive and technical audiences
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders throughout the opportunity lifecycle
- Collaborate with business development managers, account executives, alliance teams, delivery leaders, and cybersecurity specialists on coordinated client plans
- Ensure a structured transition from the pursuit team to the delivery team after contract signature
- Maintain a qualified pipeline that supports assigned commercial objectives
- Provide disciplined, evidence-based forecasts reflecting client commitment, commercial progress, funding, competition, and delivery readiness

We are seeking practitioner-led growth leaders to expand EPAMs cybersecurity and AI security business within strategic institutional accounts. In partnership with business unit field organizations, account teams, sales, alliances, solution leaders, and delivery teams, you will build executive client relationships, shape solutions, and guide complex opportunities through contract signature and transition into delivery. The role brings together cybersecurity expertise, commercial leadership, and delivery credibility. It is not a standalone sales role or a day-to-day delivery leadership position; instead, we rely on your practitioner experience to build trust, mobilize relevant capabilities, and support delivery transition and account growth.
