We are partnering with a large scale architectural design firm in New York City.

They are looking for a talented Senior Interior Designer with experience in leading commercial workplace projects. You will bring a strategic mindset, great costumer service and communication skills. Pro-active and docuementation expertise.

Responsebilities

\n
• Client facing through out the design phase
\n
• Review all design work of the team
\n
• Ensure all design work are being delivered on time and present to the client
\n
• Develop programs, space standards and test fits, schematics and basic code analysis
\n
• Develop 3D models with Revit to show the design concept including lighting and FF&E
\n
• Prepare bid documents
\n
• Coordinate design development packagde
\n
• Review engineering documents to ensure it aligns with the design intent
\n
• Review shop drawings
\n
• On site visits
\n

Requirements

\n
• Having experience of succesfully delivering workplace interiors.
\n
• Ability to create photo realistic renders
\n
• Great working knowlegde of AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Suite
\n
• Understanding of all the construction stages
\n
• Detailed oriented mindset
\n
• Ability to juggle between multiple projects and ensuring succesfull deliveries
\n
