Who we're looking for
Health insurance advocates/enrollers who will help our clientele, who are predominantly creatives and make up approximately 50% of Nashville’s active music industry, navigate the Open Enrollment season to find the optimal solution. You must be a licensed health & life insurance agent who is already registerd with the CMS for the 2026 Plan Year in the state of Tennessee with a strong understanding of the individual health insurance marketplace (both ACA and non-ACA).

Maybe you're a musician. Maybe you're an artist, performer, producer, designer, writer, photographer, filmmaker, or creative professional yourself. Maybe you've worked in the music industry or have always wanted to.

You understand nuance.
You can have a conversation with someone who is highly sophisticated in their own field but has absolutely no interest in learning the vocabulary of health insurance — and you can meet them where they are.

This Position
This is a seasonal role that will ideally run from mid-September through January (with the opportunity to stay on the team given exceptional performance). This is an on-site role, operating out of our Nashville office in the Germantown neighborhood. We are only looking for candidates with availability to work 9-5 Monday through Friday.
