Managing and coordinating IT changes, the full-time Change Manager will ensure changes are assessed, approved, scheduled, implemented, and reviewed with minimal impact to business operations in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate Standard, Normal, and Emergency Changes within the IT environment Review Change Requests for completeness, risk, impact, and implementation plans Coordinate Change Advisory Board meetings and ensure appropriate scheduling of changes Required Qualifications Knowledge of ITIL / IT Service Management Experience with ServiceNow Change Management Familiarity with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes Proficiency in risk and impact assessment Experience in CAB coordination and stakeholder management
